    A nationwide debate is taking place after an unarmed black teenager was shot and killed by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri .Ferguson cops were given body cameras by two companies after allegations have been made against protesters, who are outraged by the shooting.Soon police around the country could be wearing body cameras.

A man wanted out of Mercer County for child abuse causing death was finally captured. 

Cassidy Byrd was booked in Southern Regional Jail during the early morning hours on Wednesday, June 18, 2014. The Bluefield, WV Police Department has been looking for Byrd for more a week after autopsy results showed the baby died from head trauma.

The incident with the child happened back in April.  Detective Adams with the Bluefield Police Department told us the boy was having trouble breathing when emergency responders got to the home on Edgemont Drive in Bluefield. The baby died on the way to the hospital. 

Byrd is being held on a $100,000 bond.  According to the West Virginia Code, Byrd could serve 10 to 40 years in prison if he is found guilty.
