Scott Hale, the Chief Experience Officer of Wanderlust Hospitality, recognized this collaboration is a great opportunity for Vagabond and Wanderlust to serve up a new sort of solution to travelers split on whether they want to camp or get a hotel room. With glamping at Vagabond Lodge, theyve got both!
Wanderlust has equipped Camp Vagabond Lodge sites with a classic canvas wall tent and tasteful furnishings including a cushy queen-sized bed and real mattress appointed with nice linens and a fluffy comforter. Camp Vagabond Lodge will offer two Wanderlust glamping tents for the 2014 season: sunny Eagle Camp, perched among the Gorge rocks, and shaded Woods Camp, tucked into a cozy wooded spot. Both are a few steps away from the lodge motel rooms and feature breathtaking views of the Gorge and the mighty Columbia River.
