UPDATE: Bluefield, WV Police release surveillance picture in K-Mart pharmacy robbery

BLUEFIELD, W.Va. -

UPDATE:  Police in Bluefield, West Virginia are asking for help from the community to find the person who held up the K-Mart pharmacy on Thursday, July 3. They have released a surveillance picture of the vehicle that police believe the suspect was driving.

According to Officer K.L. Adams, the suspect drove off in a white 4-door Jeep Wrangler.  The Jeep has chrome rims and a black spare tire on the back.  Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to contact the Bluefield, WV Police Department at 304-327-6101.


Police in Mercer County need your help finding a suspect in connection to a robbery in Bluefield, WV.

Bluefield Police said last night just before 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, a man wearing a ski mask handed a pharmacist at K-Mart a note saying "he was armed and wanted Oxycodone." The man did get away with some pills.

Police said he's a "white man about 6-feet tall and 200-pounds.  He was wearing a green shirt, jeans and a gray ski mask.

Police tell us an employee saw him drive away in a white truck.  If you have any information about the incident please call police.
