Deputies make arrest in meth lab investigation out of Caldwell, WV

CALDWELL -

 The Greenbrier County Sheriff's Office arrested a Lewisburg man in connection with an investigation into a meth lab that was found on Sunday, July 13, 2014.

William Thad Burns, 29, of Lewisburg was arrested and charged with Operating or Attempting to Operate a Clandestine Drug Laboratory.  Deputies were called to a home the Caldwell area just before midnight on Sunday. During a search of the home and nearby area, investigators found evidence that someone had been making methamphetamine by using what is known as the "shake and bake" method.

That lead to the arrest on William Burns, who is being held in the Southern  Regional Jail.  There is no bond listed at this time.
