People in Bluefield celebrated the Holiday season with their 58th Annual Christmas Parade. During the parade floats from local businesses, fire departments and emergency responders drove down Jefferson Street, showing off their Christmas decorations
The Mercer County Animal Shelter was also participating in the parade, even walking some of their dogs who were also dressed up in festive Christmas decorations. “My favorite part of the parade is going around seeing all the kids and families happy,” said Chasity Bowling, parade participant.
Roughly forty floats participated in today’s parade which was sponsored by the Downtown Merchants Association
