A two day trial leads to the conviction of one man in Fayette County. Todd Booth was one of three people who broke into the home of an elderly man in Mount Hope on Aug. 8, 2015. The other two suspects, Kristina Lambert and Robert Patrick, pleaded guilty to charges on the same day Booth’s trial began.
The trial began on Monday, April 18 and wrapped up on Tuesday morning. Prosecutor said it took the jury less than one hour to reach a guilty verdict on charges of First Degree Robbery, Malicious Assault and Conspiracy. Booth will be sentenced on the charges on June 9, 2016.
