Deputies search for robbery suspect in Fayette County


Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating a robbery at Mountaineer Mart in Lochgelly. The robbery happened at about 10 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2016.

Deputies said a man walked in and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect is described as a white man about 6-feet tall with a “really skinny” build.

He was last seen wearing a camouflage mask and toboggan, dark-colored jacket, brown work gloves and light-colored tennis shoes. 

Deputies report the suspect left the scene on foot.  No injuries were reported.
