Drugs Found in Rainelle Home Now Police Search For Person of Interest

Police in Rainelle need your help finding a person of interest.  According to Rainelle Police, they are looking for 50-year-old Deborah Lynn Kolbe after they conducted a search warrant at the home she was living in on Kanawha Avenue in Rainelle on Thursday July 21, 2016.  The search was conducted at 8:42 p.m.  According to Rainelle Police Chief J.P. Stevens, officers found 67.4 grams of crystal meth, 7.7 grams of marijuana, 134 empty syringes, 24 syringes with a dark liquid, 8 syringes with a clear liquid, pills, rolling papers, smoking pipes, and scales just to name a few.  Kolbe is facing charges of Child Neglect With A Risk of Physical Harm To A Child and Possession Of A Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver.  Other charges are pending.  Police said her 6-year-old grandson is in Child Protective Services.  Officers believe she could be in the Nicholas County area with her boyfriend or in Mercer County with family.  Anyone with information on where she is can call the Rainelle Police Department.
