UPDATE (September 4, 2016 1:45 p.m.):
The Greenbrier County Sheriff says one of his deputies was struck in his vehicle by an alleged drunk driver in Maxwelton on the afternoon of September 3, 2016.
Jason Williams was arrested and charged with driving under the influence third offense and driving revoked third offense. Sheriff Jan Cahill says Williams crashed into Cpl. Travis Webber in his deputy vehicle around 3:30 p.m. on Vago Road in Maxwelton on Saturday.
Cahill says Webber wasn’t injured in the accident.

Dispatchers say a driver struck a Greenbrier County Sheriff’s deputy in his vehicle on the afternoon of Saturday September 3, 2016.
The accident happened around 3:30 p.m. on Vago Road in Maxwelton. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
