Emergency responders were on the scene of an accident in Summers County on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015. Crews including EMTs, Firefighters and State Troopers were called to a remote area around Green Sulphur Springs. A bulldozer rolled onto the operator off of Lick Creek Road at around 8:30 a.m.
Officials said that a helicopter was called in to take a person to the hospital. There is no word on the name of the victim at this time. Troopers said the operator was around 55-years-old. He was in critical condition with head, neck and back injuries. He was flown to Charleston Area Medical Center.
