High water closes roads around southern WV


The West Virginia Department of Transportation announced on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 that many roads around the state had been closed due to storms that moved through the area.  Causes for the closures range from rockslides to high water.  Below is a list of which roads were still closed as of 3:18 p.m.
