Hillary to make campaign stop in WV

The Democratic candidates for President of the United States are making stops here in West Virginia. During the week of April 25, 2016, Bernie Sanders stopped in Huntington.  By the end of the same week, Hillary Clinton announced she is making stops in Appalachia.

Clinton’s campaign stated she would bring her “Breaking Down Barriers” tour to Kentucky, West Virginia and Ohio on Monday, May 2 and Tuesday, May 3.  On Monday she will be in Ashland, KY and Williamson, WV.  She will have a second stop in West Virginia on Tuesday.

Clinton said she intends to meet with voters, hear their stories and discuss how she will fight to raise incomes and expand opportunities for them and their families.  More details about the tour are expected to be released in the coming days.
