Justice announces family to head inauguration committee

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) – The family of Gov.-elect Jim Justice is planning his inauguration, set for Jan. 16.

Justice has announced that his wife, incoming first lady Cathy Justice; his daughter, Dr. Jill Justice; and son, Jay Justice, will lead the inaugural committee, serving as co-chairs. Nick Casey will be the committee’s treasurer.

The governor-elect said in a news release that the family will announce additional chairs for the committee in coming weeks.

Jill Justice said the family wants the inauguration to celebrate West Virginia’s qualities and its potential.
