7:30 a.m. Thursday, June 9, 2016 UPDATE:
On Wednesday, June 8, 2016 around 10 p.m. the third suspect in the Plumely Avenue shooting in Beckley was arrested.
Tyrell Smith was taken into custody by US Marshalls CUFFED Task Force from the Beckley Police Department and Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department. Smith was arrested during a traffic stop on I-77 around the Harper Road exit. Smith faces two counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, Malicious Wounding, eight counts of Wanton Endangerment with a Firearm, and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.
Smith’s wife Natasha was also arrested during the traffic stop for unrelated warrants.
11:30 a.m. Friday, April 22, 2016 UPDATE:
Beckley Police Officers said a second person wanted in a shooting investigation on Plumley Ave. has turned himself in. Detectives said Chevauhn Akeem Gray was arrested on Friday morning. Gray was arraigned in front of Magistrate Rick Jones. He was taken to the Southern Regional Jail where he is being held in a $150,000 bond.
Investigators are still searching for Tyrell Smith. Anyone with information on his location is asked to contact Beckley Police or CrimeStoppers at 304-255-STOP.

Beckley Police are searching for two suspects in connection to a weekend shooting.
Police are currently looking for Tyrell Smith and Chevaughn Gray who in wanted for Attempted First Degree Murder, Malicious Wounding, Wanton Endangerment with a Firearm, and Conspiracy to Commit Felony.
Authorities responded to the 200 block of Plumley Avenue shortly before 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon. There they discovered two men with gunshot wounds. Their injuries were not life threatening.
A third 16-year-old suspect was taken into custody on Thursday.

Monday, April 18, 2016 UPDATE:
Police are investigating a shooting in Beckley on Sunday, April 17, 2016. Detectives with the Beckley Police Department said two men were hit by gunfire on the 200 block of Plumley Ave. just before 2 p.m. According to investigators, the injuries appeared to be non-life-threatening. One person was taken to the hospital and is listed in stable condition. Their names have not been released.
Police have identified persons of interest and are currently searching for them. Anyone with information can call the Beckley Police Department or call CrimeStoppers at 304-255-STOP. Tips to CrimeStoppers can be left anonymously and there could be a reward if information provided leads to an arrest.
ORIGINAL STORY: According to Raleigh County dispatchers, one person was reported as a gun shot victim on Plumley Avenue. Dispatchers say they received the call just before 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 17, 2016.
