The 5th Annual Lemonade Festival is set to begin Saturday, August 26th in Downtown Bluefield. The event is free and will feature live music, a caricature, and all things lemon.
President of the Bluefield Preservation Society, Debbrah Ammar, said this festival is a great way to celebrate the community of Buefield.
“All the activities are free to the children of the community, there will be arts and crafts and food vendors on this street. It’s something we like to do to give back to the community,” said Ammar.
The festival begins at 10 a.m. with the Lemonade Parade, followed by a lemon hunt and a lemon pie eating contest.
