The Superintendent for Whetzel County Schools was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015 in Charleston, WV. Dennis Albright was in Charleston for the State School Board meeting. According to Charleston Police, Albright was arrested during a prostitution sting.
Albright set up a meeting online with someone, who he thought was a prostitute, to have sex. He confirmed the meeting through text and met the police officer at a hotel and offered her money. That’s where he was arrested and given a summons to appear in court for engaging in prostitution. His court appearance will be March 26, 2015 at 3:30 p.m.
