A man who was previously arrested for stealing from the vocational school in Oak Hill, WV is now facing new charges.  Zack Allen Zink, 23, of Oak Hill was arrested by Fayetteville Police on Tuesday, June 21, 2016.  He is charged with Breaking and Entering, Grand Larceny and Conspiracy.

The construction site for the Bojangles restaurant on Route 19 near Lowe’s Home Improvement was broken into on June 15. Investigators were able to identify Zink as a suspect.  When they searched his home at Rosedale Trailer Park, they found some of the stolen items.  Other stolen tools were recovered from a local pawn shop.

This is not the first time Zink was accused of stealing tools.  He is a suspect in the theft of a trailer from the Fayette Plateau Vocational Center earlier in June. Read more about that crime here.  Zink is now being held in the Southern Regional Jail on a $225,000 bond.
