SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) – West Virginia’s state parks have launched a new marketing campaign based on the slogan, “Memories Happen Here.”
Officials say the campaign is running statewide through a partnership with the West Virginia Broadcaster’s Association. The goal is to emphasize the abundance of activities and increase visitation to 49 areas that make up West Virginia’s state park system.
The campaign is using print ads, TV commercials, radio spots and social media.
