The West Virginia Chamber of Commerce is kicking off its annual summit at The Greenbrier.
Wednesday marks the start of the event that runs through Friday, featuring addresses from the state’s political, education and business leaders.
On Wednesday, panels will discuss changes in the natural gas market, recent West Virginia Supreme Court decisions, the state’s opioid abuse crisis, education and economic topics.
Thursday’s discussions will feature West Virginia three U.S. House members, two U.S. senators, Democratic nominee for governor Jim Justice and Republican nominee for governor Bill Cole.
Hall of Fame former college football coach Lou Holtz will deliver the keynote speech Thursday.
Friday will feature updates from state legislative leaders and Attorney General Patrick Morrisey.
