Sunday (8/6) people were out and about at the West Virginia Water Festival in Hinton.
There were a variety of vendors selling different things like jewelry, candles, and art.
People could also enjoy a bite to eat at the many different food vendors that were serving up festival favorites, like blooming onions.
59 News spoke with residents who said this festival is all about having fun. “I just hope they learn about water safety and come by every year to make it bigger and bigger,” Brittany Meadows said.
This was the 53rd year for the event and residents said every year it grows to be bigger and better.
