Registration is open for a WVU Tech men’s soccer camp later this year.

The ID soccer camp is an opportunity for high school aged boys to showcase their ability while learning some new skills alongside the college’s varsity soccer team.

WVU Tech Soccer Coach, Oliver Hewitt-Fisher, is looking forward to scouting out the local talent. He said the camp is a great opportunity for players of any caliber to play with collegiate level soccer players.

“We actually have a varsity, junior varsity, and a club team so we have three teams here at West Virginia Tech, so there’s always a place for everyone” Fisher said.

Prior to the camp itself on April 13, tours of campus will be given to players interested in learning more about WVU Tech.

The camp itself takes place from 2 to 5 PM at the Paul Cline Memorial Sports Complex. Admission is $50 per player.
