Drug busts leads to 6 arrests in Oak Hill

OAK HILL, WV (WVNS) — Two drug busts at homes in the Oak Hill area lead to six arrests Wednesday, July 24, 2019.

Members of the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force, Oak Hill Police Department, Fayette County Sheriff’s Department and West Virginia State Police executed two search warrants at homes along Rakes Street and Central Avenue.

Officials said they found a large amount of meth, heroin and guns. In total, they arrested six people. Amber Fisher is charged with delivery of a controlled substance. Christopher Barrett is charged with conspiracy. Allen Baxter, Starr Young and Brandon Wilburn are charged with a capias. Bryanna Hodge is charged with conspiracy and shoplifting.

All six are being held in Southern Regional Jail.

Warrants have been issued for Shane Young and Michael Perry. If you know where they are, you are asked to call Oak Hill Police or Crimestoppers.
