Scott Hill is the festival director. He said it is great to have the Rocket Boys come every year.
“There giving back to their community and they are doing exactly what your suppose to. They went out and made their mark on the world, but there also bringing it back. And it’s good for our young people to see these folks have actually stepped out and did well,” Hill said.
The festival begins Thursday night at the Historic Black Night Municipal Park with a showing of Paradise Park.
