Many gathered October 26-28, 2018 at the Beckley Raleigh County Convention Center for a revival weekend. The weekend was called Coalfield Awakening. At the revival, guest speakers deliver special messages while singing worship songs.
Nik Walker is the director of Coalfield Awakening. He explained what people can expect this weekend.
“Just expect God to touch you. Expect a radical transformation. Expect great messages anointed preaching. Good music good worship and a touch from the lord,” Walker said.
One of the guest speakers is Perry Stone. Revival weekend continues Sunday October 28 at 2 p.m. The event is free to the public.
