Fire crews battle house fire in Arnett

ARNETT, W. Va. (WVNS) — Several firefighters battled a house fire in the Arnett area of Raleigh County Thursday evening. 

Dispatchers tell 59 News the call came in around 7 p.m. for a home along Jimmy Rock Road in Arnett. 

Coal River, Trap Hill and Whitesville Volunteer Fire Departments responded to the scene. Jan Care also responded but dispatcher said no injuries were reported. 

The scene was cleared around 11:30 pm.  The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
