Four legged friends sniff around local fair dedicated all to them

Raleigh County

The All Creatures Veterinary Clinic in Princeton hosted their 7th annual All Creatures New Leash on Life Pet Fair at the Princeton Recreation Center. Whether you had fur or not,  there was something for everyone.

Amenities included food vendors, pony rides, a petting zoo, low cost rabies vaccines, and presentations from Princeton and Bluefield police with their K-9s.  Coordinator and All Creatures Veterinarian Holly Streit said the event raised funds and necessities for the local non profit animal rescue groups.

“It gives owners and potential owners an opportunity to come and help the organizations that do the rescue work,” Streit said.

All vendor fees, food sales, and donated dog food and cat litter will be split up to be donated among local animal shelters.
