A man who is a registered sex offender is now facing new charges. West Virginia State Troopers are looking for Timothy D. Lafferty.
Lafferty’s last known address was in the Odell Mobile Home Park off of Stanaford Road. He has failed to register a change of address and also did not register for his annual registration.
