The YMCA in Beckley kicked off the new year with an open house.

On Saturday, January 5, they invited members and non-members to come check out what the Y has to offer. They did doing 30 minute classes, free wellness assessments, facility tours and more. Member, Al Leftwich, said this is a great place to do something different.

“It is fun for everybody, it’s not like you come here and there is just one thing to do, there is a variety of things you can do,” Leftwich said.

If you were unable to make it to the open house, you can still stop by for more information on how you can get started.
