State Police conduct DUI checkpoint in Greenbrier County this weekend

HARTS RUN, WV (WVNS) - The West Virginia State Police will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint on WV Route 60 in the Harts Run area of Greenbrier County on Friday September 14, 2018. The checkpoint will operate between 8PM Friday and 2AM Saturday. 

The purpose of this checkpoint is to detect and deter impaired drivers, as well as to educate the public about the dangers of driving a car while impaired br drugs and/or alcohol.

State Police also urge the monitoring public to assist law enforcement agencies in their efforts to stop driving under the influence incidents by reporting impaired drivers.
