WELCH, WV (WVNS) — Administrators in Welch, WV want junk cars cleared out of the city. They are enforcing regulations related to abandoned vehicles.
They will remove any vehicles within city limits that are not properly tagged, or are inoperable. City workers will tag abandoned vehicles, notifying the owner. If they are not removed, the city will tow them at the owner’s expense.
