Man arrested for throwing brick through front door of Charleston store

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) – A man is under arrest after he allegedly threw a brick through a Charleston business’s front door. 

According to Charleston Police, Jeffrey Paul Mullins, 46, of Charleston, is under arrest after throwing a brick through the front window of the One Stop convenience store on Lee Street West in Charleston early Monday morning.

Police say Mullins threw a brick through the front window of the convenience store in an attempt to steal beer, but the alarm went off and he left. 

He is charged with breaking and entering and is lodged in the South Central Regional Jail.
