Two Bluefield brothers sentenced to federal prison for drug and gun charges

Two brothers from Bluefield, WV, were sentenced to federal prison for drug and gun charges.

Tyquon Freeman, 21, was sentenced to 81 months in federal prison, and Tykeem Freeman, 25, was sentenced to 70 months.

Tyquon Freeman previously pled guilty to possession with the intent to deliver and possession of a firearm with the furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Agents with the Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and ATF reportedly found ten pounds of marijuana in Tyquon’s house, along with three firearms. 

Tykeem Freeman pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm. Agents found a semi-automatic pistol in his home.

Both men were on parole in Virginia at the time.
