Bingo Hall reopens in Beckley, proceeds help veterans

Local News

BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — The Bingo Hall in Beckley is open again!

A change in management caused the business to close its doors for about a month. The hall reopened on Monday, October 21. John Childers, an employee at the Bingo Hall, said all proceeds made from bingo nights benefit veterans in need.

“We open doors at 5 o’clock and early games will start at 6:30 and regular games at 7. You’re usually out of here by 9:30, quarter til 10, so it’s not a real late night,” Childers said.

The Bingo Hall also helps other non-profits in the area, such as Toys For Tots. The Hall is located at 1708 South Kanawha St. in Beckley.
