RICHLANDS, VA (WVNS) — The Richlands Police department is seeking assistance on finding a missing person.
Bobby Lee Smith Jr. was reported missing by his family since March 28, 2023. Smith Jr. is possibly suffering from mental illness, according to police.
Call 911 if you have any information related to his disappearance or his current whereabouts.
