A class action lawsuit is filed that could involve thousands of coal miners and other workers at a company owned by the Justice family.  The suit was filed against Bluestone Industries, Inc. and named directors Jill Justice and James Justice, III as well as company treasurer James Miller.

According to the complaint, the company sent out paychecks in February 2018.  The plaintiff said the checks bounced leading to bad check fees.  They also said when the company did transfer money to the employees, they had to pay wire transfer fees.

The plaintiffs are asking for compensatory, and punitive damages in the case.  They are also asking for a jury trial on all issues that can be handled in that manner.
