St Clairsville police say a black capsule was discovered in a child’s Halloween candy.
The mother discovered it this morning, and immediately alerted the child’s teacher, because her child had taken some of his candy to school. The teacher took all the candy out of his lunchbox and found nothing more.
St. Clairsville police urge parents to look through their children’s candy.
The capsule was clear but contained a black sparkly material.
Police say they have no idea what it could be. They will consult Ohio BCI.
