Students from across Southern WV nominated for service academies

A dozen high school seniors from southern West Virginia are nominated to attend U.S. service academies.  The appointments come from U.S. Rep. Evan Jenkins (R-WV). 

“I am honored to nominate 12 West Virginia students to our service academies, and I know each and every one of these students will serve our country honorable,” said Congressman Jenkins. “West Virginians have always answered the call to defend our nation, and I am confident that these students represent West Virginia’s best and brightest.   I am proud to nominate these responsible and accomplished students, and I thank them for their willingness to serve.”
