LINCOLN COUNTY, W. Va. (WVNS) — A cargo truck overturned on a Lincoln County road Tuesday morning, spilling thousands of beer cans. 

The accident happened Tuesday on Route 3- just outside of Hamlin.  

According to the Hamlin Volunteer Fire Department, the semi was the only vehicle involved in the crash.

Hamlin and Duval Volunteer Fire Departments responded to the scene, along with Lincoln County EMS and West Virginia State Police.

Crews with the Hamlin Volunteer Fire Department say that the load was 42,000 pounds and that the beer spilled was all Coor’s Light.
