Two arrested for stealing truck, tools from Beckley business

BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — Two people are facing charges for stealing a work truck filled with tools from a business in Beckley. 

Raleigh County Deputies arrested Ralph James Sargent and Sharon Clinebell on September 11, 2018. 

Court documents state in August, deputies responded to a business along Clear Water Lane in Beckley. The victim said a work truck, filled with tools totaling around $4,800, was stolen. 

The vehicle was later found at a motel along Ritter Drive in Beaver. Deputies say inside the hotel room they found the stolen tools. 

Sargent and Clinebell are in jail on a $10,000 bond.
