AMBER ALERT canceled for 2 children from Roanoke

UPDATE:  According to Virginia State Police, the Amber Alert for two missing children from Roanoke has been canceled.  

The children have been found safe and Camille Crumbly has been arrested.  

According to a social media post from the Roanoke City Police Department, they were stopped in Ohio by law enforcement. 

Ohio State Patrol stopped the car and found both children inside with Camille Crumbly and Tineshia Mack. 

Crumbly is facing two counts of parental abduction and violating a court order.  Mack is being held in Ohio on unrelated charges. 

The children will be returned to their grandmother, who is their legal guardian. 

An Amber Alert has been issued by law enforcement officers in Roanoke, Virginia after two young children were abducted early in the morning on Monday, April 30, 2018.  The two children are 5-year-old Bailey Myjoy Crumbly and 4-year-old Gauge Misiah Clinton. 

According to investigators the two children were taken by Camille Marie Crumbly.  They were last seen on Ravenwood Ave., NW in Roanoke, VA at around 5:51 a.m.  They were traveling in a white 2018 Sierra U-Haul GMC with Arizona tags.  The license plate number is AH96145.

Camille Crumbly is described as a black woman who stands 5-feet 2-inches tall and weighs 165-pounds.  She has short black hair, brown eyes and may be wearing a pink wig.  She also has a piercing in her right cheek.

Bailey Crumbly is a black girl who is 3-feet 5-inches tall and 45-pounds.  Gauge Clinton is a black boy who stands 3-feet 1-inch tall and weighs 40 pounds.

Investigators said it is possible they are headed for Indiana.  Anyone with information on their location is asked to contact the Roanoke City Police Department at 540-853-2212.
