BRUSHFORK, WV (WVNS) — The 2019 Bluefield Coal Show kicks off this week. People will get to visit hundreds of different vendors from the coal industry.

Everything starts Wednesday, September 11. Those with the Chamber of Commerce of the Two Virginia’s are working to make sure things run smoothly. Chairman Bob Ramsey said this show is a great opportunity for mining professionals to meet each other.

“It’s a coal show for coal people. It is for the vendors, the buyers, the coal company executives, the coal miners themselves to find out about the new equipment and technology that’s out there,” Ramsey said.

The show takes place at the Brushfork Armory from Wednesday, Sept. 11, through Friday, Sept. 13. Admission is free to mining professionals.
