Deputies: Scarbro man arrested for threatening to “shoot up” local market

A Fayette County man is in jail for charges of domestic assault and terroristic threats. 

Police said arrests warrants were served for Danny Lee Kincaid on Monday, February 18, 2019,  for allegations stemming from a domestic incident.  The victim told deputies Kincaid kept the two in a car for several hours while pointing a gun at her and himself.

The victim also said Kincaid made threats to “shoot up” the Scarbro market.  

Kincaid was arrested on a felony count of terroristic threats, as well as misdemeanor counts of brandishing a deadly weapon and domestic assault. He is in Southern Regional Jail.
