A Fayette County man is facing drug and trespassing charges.
Friday evening, Sheriff Mike Fridley said deputies and Ansted Police officers were dispatched to a trespassing complaint at Adventures on the Gorge in Lansing. Upon arrival, they found a vehicle in the parking lot, where the driver had a recently used syringe in his lap. A subsequent search of the driver lead to the discovery of multiple individually packaged units of heroin.
The driver, 32-year-old Andrew Sprinkle of Oak Hill, was arrested and charged with the felony offense of Possession With Intent to Deliver Narcotics. He was also charged with Trespassing and various traffic offenses. He is awaiting arraingment in the Southern Regional Jail.
