Fayette County man sentenced for dealing fentanyl

FAYETTEVILLE, WV (WVNS) — A sentencing hearing was held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 for a man accused of selling fentanyl.  Prosecuting Attorney Larry Harrah said 27-year-old Harold “Bubby” Blake, IV pleaded guilty on Feb. 27.

Blake was indicted by a grand jury in January on a charge of Delivery of Fentanyl.  The crime was investigated by the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force and prosecuted by Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Elizabeth Campbell.

Right now, Blake is in the Southern Regional Jail.  He was sentenced to serve one to 15 years in prison.
