Man wanted by U.S. Marshals found in Oak Hill

Oak Hill man arrested

 GLEN JEAN, WV (WVNS) — A man wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service was found in Fayette County on Thursday, June 7, and is now facing additional charges.

Deputies said Kevin Settle of Oak Hill was located in the Glen Jean area. He was reportedly wanted for violating federal probation stemming from a drug trafficking conviction.

When he was arrested, deputies said they found methamphetamine, heroin, pills, marijuana and more than $500 in cash – all allegedly hidden in his underwear.

Settle is charged with three felony counts of Possession With the Intent To Deliver Schedule I and II Narcotics,  two counts of Possession With Intent To Deliver Schedule IV Narcotics and was served with an outstanding domestic violence warrant.  

Settle is in the Southern Regional Jail on a $100,000 bond.
