Oak Hill man charged with dealing methamphetamine

An investigation by the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force led to the arrest of an Oak Hill man on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2019.  John K. England is charged with Possession with Intent Deliver Narcotics (methamphetamine) and three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).  

The arrest came following a search at England’s home at the Shiloh Mobile Home Park on Gatewood Road.  During the raid agents with the task force found methamphetamine, cash, digital scales and packaging materials.

England was arraigned by a Fayette County Magistrate.  He was taken to the Southern Regional Jail on a $50,000 bond.
