Oak Hill woman arrested for sexual abuse

An Oak Hill woman is charged with sexual abuse, according to court documents. 

Deputies arrested Summer Hopper Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019. Hopper is accused of sexually assaulting a teenager in her home in Minden. The victim told detectives Hopper inappropriately touched them while a man watched through video chat. Detectives said the motivation was most likely financial. 

Investigators report Hopper denied the claims. She is charged with sexual abuse by parent, guardian and custodian and another charge. She’s in jail on a $50,000 bond.
