Students from all over the region got to display their projects to be judged at the Regional Social Studies Fair.
138 students from Fayette, Nicolas, Greenbrier and Webster counties competed at Oak Hill High School on Saturday. 94 projects were entered into the fair. One of them was created by Braydon Thomas, who is competing in his fourth year.
“My project is just about how much the NCAA makes… how much football makes and college,” Thomas said.
Only 38 of the entered projects will move on to the state social studies fair in Charleston.
