5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018 UPDATE:  Just hours after State Troopers announced the search for a man who was missing from the Grassy Meadows area, they report he is found.  Daniel Doss was discovered during the late afternoon hours on Tuesday.

Troopers thanked all of those who shared the information and called in tips.


ORIGINAL STORY: A man who has been missing for more than 48 hours is the subject of a search in Greenbrier County.  Now troopers with the West Virginia State Police are asking for help from the community to find him.

Investigators said they are searching for Daniel Doss.  He is a 29-year-old white man who was last seen on Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018 at around 7 a.m.  That was in the Grassy Meadows area.
