Three people arrested in attempted break-in

A trio of people were arrested near Lewisburg, WV on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018.  Deputies were called to the scene of an attempted burglary at around 12:30 p.m.

While deputies were on the way to the home, they were informed that the suspects had been confronted and then left the house.  The individuals were found by Deputy Brandon McCormick.  With the help of two other deputies and a state trooper, the three people were arrested.

Johnny Ray Howard, Jr., 37, of White Sulphur Springs was charged with Attempted Breaking and Entering, Conspiracy and other charges.  He is being held on a $14,000 bond.

Roy Dale Yoakem, 46, of Clearwater, FL was charged with Conspiracy, Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person and another misdemeanor charge.  His bond is set at $9,000.

Tabatha Reanea Hannigan, 34, of  White Sulphur Springs is charged  with Conspiracy and another misdemeanor.  She has a $7,500 cash only bond.

All three suspects are being held in the Southern Regional Jail.  The case is still under investigation by the Greenbrier County Sh\erff’s Office.
